As a content provider, Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences is responsible for its own content which it makes available for general use, in accordance with § 5 Section 1 of the Teledienstgesetz (TDG = Teleservices Act). The University is then responsible, in accordance with § 5 Section 2 of the Teledienstgesetz, for content provided by third parties when it becomes aware of it – especially in the case of illegal and thus punishable content – and it is technically possible and can be reasonably expected for the University to prevent its use. This also applies to links to content provided by third parties. Whilst links are regularly checked for any possibly illegal content, no guarantee can be given that the content is not illegal.

When accessing the Internet pages of Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences, some data is stored on the web server. This data comprises:
